Hi today is my first day here in Brugge and it is awesome. I will post more later.

So yesterday we decided to go to the Eurostar station to get a full refund for our tickets and were ready to find a way out of the city but luck decided to shine on us. We get to the ticket counter and the teller tells us they have a train leaving and we can go straight to check-in.

Once there the guy tells that we can pick what time we want to leave to to Paris and we picked the 13:38 train, originally we were to leave at 14:40, we got on the eurostar and off we go.

We arrive at 16:00 since we lost an hour do to time zone changes, now I am 9 hours ahead from my local time. We went out to the Metro and got on the nasty train. It was packed due to the time of the day and we got off at the Laumière stop then we got lost. The direction we had told us to make a left when in fact it was a right. We got lost in a nasty neighborhood where we walked by a porno store. After walking for like an hour we finally found someone to gives us good directions. We are staying at St. Christopher’s Inn and its awesome.

If you ever in paris stay at this inn. Its fairly new and clean. The people are great and I got to meet a lot of cool people. Two people from Brazil and a fellow American from Pittsburgh. We all went down to Bellushi’s and had kronenberg 1664 beer, this is really good beer and it gets you drunk fast and hard.

Today we went to  Château de Versailles

this is a huge and beautiful palace, I don’t have enough words to describe how this looks so I will just upload the pictures once I have them. The thing is like 3.5Km across it has many gardens and a man made canal. we walked for 5 hrs around it and did not finish exploring every part of it.

I am going to sleep now since it is 11:58 pm Paris time.

Today I made it London after almost 10 hours on a plane and like 4 to 6 on two airports (San Diego and Philadelphia) I have made it I have really bad jet lag since I could not sleep on the stupid plane. And to add the whole 8 hrs difference in time.

So far I have been in the tube (Underground) I have seen London Bridge, Tower Bridge and a Memorial to 24,000 Fishermen that have died at see. And did some walking around downtown London, so far I can say that people drive like made and people just dart across the streets. The whole driving on the other side of the road is really weird  especially when crossing the street.

The weather has been great since I arrive today at 10:45 Local time (2:45 am my time) I have not seen the sun all but a few minutes just before sunset and it has been a cool 70 degrees all day it is great.

The hostel I am staying in great too, I really like it and if anybody wants to go to London check out St. Christopher’s Inn really nice and clean.

Tomorrow I will be heading to Buckingham Palace, Waterloo and and Shakespeare’s Globe Theater tour.

I know I said I was going to upload pictures but i forgot my usb transfer cable so I will update as soon as I get home.

I did a seach in google for red zombie and my blog is down to the second page. Indeed today is a sad day.
I think this came about due to lack of updating this thing but soon, I’ll start posting my current hobby projects and I will be blogging from Europe.

One year of red-zombie.com I know I have neglected the blog but that is all going to change.
